Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was superb, right next to City Creek Mall and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in SLC, the rooms were a bit disappointing, being older and falling apart. The service, however, was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The dining options were overpriced for the quality offered. Overall, a nice hotel with some outdated aspects.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and offered a beautiful view of Salt Lake City, including the Mormon Temple, City Walk, and the mountains. However, they were a bit smaller than what I expected for a Marriott property. The connection to a hospitality suite with a Murphy bed was a unique touch.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room we stayed in was a bit noisy, but we were fortunate to get a concierge's room with access to a private lounge, which had very comfortable beds. However, the room was a little small and lacked a microwave or refrigerator.
